Lindsay Spooner, RMT

Founder, Registered Massage Therapist

Specialty: Sports & Pregnancy massage

Lindsay graduated from Algonquin College in 2014 with an Advanced Diploma in the Massage Therapy Program.

In addition to health care Lindsay’s passion is martial arts, competing in six disciplines for 12 years and teaching for an additional 4, she made it to the World Kickboxing Championships before retiring and moving on to Muay Thai in Thailand. During competitions, Lindsay relied on regular massage therapy and physiotherapy to ensure she was in pique condition. As a result Lindsay is acutely aware of the benefits that both forms of therapy have to offer and the importance of taking care of ones body.

Massage therapy allows Lindsay to combine her love of teaching and anatomy to help others recover from injuries and learn how to better care for themselves. She has worked with a large variety of clients including the Ottawa Redblacks and a number of UFC fighters. She has helped hundreds of clients accomplish their own personal goals and continues to further her education.
